When Dr Brian Wood invited Dr Philip Carrillo de Albornoz (Dr Phil Carrillo) to join him in his consulting rooms at 115 Frankston Flinders Rd in Frankston. 3 years later Dr Robert Lew joined the group, to create the Southern Cardiology Group as it is now.
Our philosophy is that of providing the best possible care, without unnecessary investigations. We pride ourselves on allocating sufficient time to each individual patient. This allows time for patients to describe their issues in detail, receive a thoughtful explanation of the clinical situation and for most questions the patient might have to be answered.
